Agent-Based Modelling

https://github.com/jjocampo99

Reflexive Modeling is a term that I use to describe the process I engage with when constructing and developing agent-based models.  The idea with this type of modeling is to open the black box of algorithms. Questions assumptions and discuss openly the effects of certain decisions made in the construction of a model.
A take inspiration from the following theories/frameworks:
- Participatory Modeling - The integration of stakeholders in the construction of a model goes beyond the definition of parameters. Participatory modeling, is not only about the ABM but the dialogues that the development of this artefacts can elicit.
- Reflexive Methodology - These framework was developed by Mats Alvesson. Even though, it has an emphasis in qualitative methods I believe that having an approach that reflects on different levels (empirically, theoretically, socially, personally) becomes important when dealing with computer based models.
- Complexity theory

- Narrative analysis
